At iStore Zambia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium Apple products and accessories. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] or visit our Lusaka showroom with your original proof of purchase to start the return process.

  Technical Assessment

  Our certified technicians will conduct a brief inspection of the device to ensure it is in its original condition with all seals, manuals, and accessories intact.

  Package Collection

  Once approved, you can drop off the item at any iStore location or we can arrange a courier pickup for a nominal fee depending on your location.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  After final verification, choose between a direct exchange for a new model or a refund processed via your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
